Twirling Thea!

Ok...first of all..how gorgeous is Thea Coughlin? I mean...really, people. It's not all that often I create skirts for women, but I would if time allowed! Thea asked me to create one of my most popular summer designs, the Summer in the City Twirl Skirt, just for her!
